Meet the Clerk

Thank you for visiting the DeSoto County Clerk’s office website!  My name is Nadia K. Daughtrey and I was elected in November of 2016 to serve as your DeSoto County Clerk of Court.  I was sworn into office on January 3, 2017. I have worked in the Clerk’s Office as a deputy clerk for over 20 years in various divisions, including criminal, civil, probate, guardianship, and child support. I am honored to be given this opportunity to continue to serve the public and the citizens of DeSoto County as Clerk of Court.

Our mission in this office is to hold the trust of the public while serving the citizens of DeSoto County with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

My courteous staff and I look forward to serving the needs of our customers in any way we can.
