The County Criminal Division
The county criminal division handles intake of all misdemeanor and criminal traffic cases as well as court dates and final disposition of the case(s). The deputy clerks can advise you of upcoming court dates and the status of an ongoing case.
Pro Se Motions
For a defendant wanting to file a motion on his or her own behalf, pro se motion forms are available.
The filing fee for this type of motion is $5, and once the motion has been filed, it will be forwarded to the judge’s office for review. Please be advised that the Clerk’s Office cannot give legal advice and therefore cannot assist you with completing this form.
