Registered User Agreement

Registered User Agreements are available for attorneys and members of the public seeking to be able to view images online.

The completed form must be signed, notarized, and returned to the Clerk’s Office. It may be emailed to CustomerService@desotoclerk.com.

Once credentials have been assigned, a return email will be sent to the email address listed on the agreement with login credentials and instructions to set a password.
